How does a data protection assessment begin?
We define the organisation, systems and processing activities in scope, request relevant documents and evidence, then develop a gap assessment and action plan within the engagement.
Can you provide a DPO service?
The service can be discussed through a designated individual, after assessing appointment requirements, independence, conflicts of interest and scope. Technology supports the appointed person; it does not replace them.
Do you work with hotels and smaller businesses?
The scope depends on processing activities, data, systems and suppliers. We can discuss the needs of hotels and other organisations to define an appropriate engagement.
What should I share in an initial enquiry?
Your organisation, sector and required service are enough to start. Please do not send guest or employee data or confidential documents before agreeing a secure sharing method and scope.
